Sheriff Terry S. Johnson began his career in law enforcement in 1972 and graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in criminal justice. After retiring from the N.C. State Bureau of Investigation in 2001, he was elected Sheriff of Alamance County where he is honored to serve and protect the residents of Alamance County.
