Three Adults, One Juvenile Charged With Kidnapping and Armed Robbery

On Friday, November 22, 2024, Alamance County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a report of an armed robbery that occurred in the area of Jim Minor Rd., in Haw River, NC.

The victim reportedly was held at gunpoint inside of a vehicle where money and multiple items were reportedly stolen.

During the course of the investigation, Deputies identified three adults and one juvenile as suspects.

Dwane Curtis Jackson, Lavarris Amar Love, and a juvenile have been arrested for First Degree Kidnapping and Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon.

Parris Lavietea Shoffner has been charged and currently wanted for First Degree Kidnapping and Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon.
